So I’d had a day from hell and got home in -30 degree weather only to find I couldn’t turn the key in my deadbolt. It was pure luck I got Ken. I just picked the first one I saw. Too cold to sit in the car to look for reviews or call around. He was here within 5 minutes!!!! And had the door open under 3!!!! After a few adjustments, the lock was working like a charm (and it still was the next morning at -36!!!!!)

I locked my keys in my van and thought it was going to be an absolute nightmare to find a locksmith that would be available without lengthy wait times. Ken showed up in less then an hour and I was able to retrieve my keys with in seconds of his arrival. I would highly recommend!!

Ken kept me up to date when he was delayed by his current appointment. He was knowledgeable, quick and thorough while helping me correct and make a primary adjustment to allow the deadbolt set up to work properly. Thank you Ken!
