We went there today to get our oil changed, and tires swapped. General Maintenance, and it could have gone many different ways. When we came to pick up our car, it appeared that the bay door broke, and we couldn't get our vehicle out. They tried from 12:30-5:30 to get our vehicle out while dealing with a ton of people who were upset that they couldn't get in right away. I just wanted to say that Sterling and team, you guys were fantastic! I know it was a stressful situation for everybody but you did a wonderful job! <3 Amanda and Richard.Service: Oil change
I Had a wonderful experience today while getting my winter tires on. The mechanic Dan did a thorough job, and eased my concerns and was very attentive and went the extra mile for me . I am a very happy with this location on Henderson , Daniele the receptionist was very helpful (I forgot my phone and she found it and put it away safely for me) she was very nice to me and my children, they even offered my children juice boxes ..overall experience was top notch
The service manager was very professional and knowledgeable about the problems I was experiencing with the car. Price for the repairs was pleasantly surprising.Services: Auto exhaust system repair
