I went to see Hayley about downsizing some dimple piercings I had done two months prior at another place. The other shop was not good at all. But Hayley was exceptional. If I could give 10 stars I would. The shop was clean and all the staff were great to deal with. I will definitely be back for tattoos or piercings in the future!
Went in for a downsize and jewerly change, I met Nengi at the front desk and she was very welcoming and pleasant. She helped me pick out my jewelry and explained everything well to me. Alexis was the one who helped with the jewelry change and down size and she was lovely and gentle. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and she ensured I was happy with the final results, which I did. The studio was really clean and I loved that they carried a lot of beautiful jewelry. My overall experience from start to finish was a 10/10, I’ll be visiting for more services.
I had a nose piercing with bailey and she was really kind and welcoming and made the process very comfortable. The piercing itself went well and she thoroughly explained everything and how to clean it.
