We really appreciate all the help that we got from Maxim especially the service advisor Nick. He introduced the pre-purchase inspection and they didn’t charge us to do it at the second time for the same vehicle.So now we can drive a safe and reliable with a peace of mind. Since this extreme cold and snowy climate is first time for us, having a trustworthy and even super kind auto mechanic closer to out place is such a blessing.There is always a reason that the business always gets busy. Highly recommended and thanks again mate cheers!

This was my first time going to Maxim but they came highly recommended by friends and I was not disappointed. I was able to make an appointment quickly and got the work I needed done quickly. The service reps were very friendly and helpful and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. I appreciated having a break down of any other work needed either now or down the road. I will definitely be back.

Very impressed with my experience with Maxim Muffler & Auto. Excellent communication, lots of photos showing proof of issues with my vehicle, no "pushy sales" tactics, no nonsense. They are very reasonably priced and everyone I spoke to from their team was kind, attentive, and respectful. I left feeling very valued and confident with their services on my vehicle.
