Had a very positive experience with DeLandes. My parents stone had moved on the base to the edge, ready to fall off. Visited the office about noon and it was repaired by 4:00PM the same day. Very impressed with the people and their customer service. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
My father passed away in Kenora in January of this year. He already had a headstone in place for himself and my Mother who passed in 2011.
I contacted M.C Delandes and they were polite, courteous and prompt to get the final date inscribed for my father. It is a true relief so that he can rest in peace and I live in Thunder Bay so it’s not just a day trip for myself.
I would recommend their work to anyone.
Did a beautiful job on our parents’ marker to go in the cremation garden. Right on top of every detail, organized, on time, good communication. Both the stone and our parents’ picture look fantastic.
