I had an amazing experience at London Teck. My laptop was broken, and Edward was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly figured out the problem, explained everything clearly, and advised me on the most cost-effective solution so I wouldn’t end up paying a lot.
He was also extremely patient. My laptop was missing several screws, and he found replacements from his own little stash—without charging me for them or for all the effort he put in.
Edward went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. London Teck is one of the best businesses we have in Winnipeg, and I highly recommend them!

I think he called Edward because of the review? I forgot to ask, but he is very friendly. I’m a student and I really need my laptop to do a bunch of assignments, he is so understanding about that and provided same day repair service! so efficient?
