The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a pair of progressive lenses for my mom. The employee failed to inform us about measuring and fitting lenses before placing an order at the time. After two weeks, I called back and was told to come in for a measurement and the order was pending. I need to get another measurement and wait another two weeks. A complaint cannot be filed against that employee, and only an email to the manager is required, which I believe will have little effect. Wasted one month of my time.

Completely unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff. The staff member we tried dealing with had no idea how to put an order through to the point where she wrote down what glasses we wanted and we asked that it get sent to a different location altogether. We had questions for her and she kept asking us to call or check online. I don't go into a store to be told to check online. We had to ask her if SHE could check or call someone multiple times. She seemed annoyed we were even asking for her help at all and unapologetic that she knew nothing.

If there is zero i will put zero. They said glasses are ready in two weeks but its been a month. Try to call them, left message but not calling you back. Its been a month of ignoring calls. And no glasses yet
