It was my first time going to Linden Ridge Eye Care. They have specific rules on the door but given the bitter cold they were friendly to allow me in but asked that I respect proper social distancing. All the staff were extremely friendly and I felt very safe inside - they make sure you sanitize and complete a Covid questionnaire- I met with the optometrist Ashley and she was absolutely amazing! Explained everything going on with my eyes, suggested what may be the cause and gave me lots of options on how to treat on my own (my eyes were extremely dry) such as increasing water intake, giving my eyes more rest when working etc. it was overall a great experience and I 100% will be going back to purchase glasses because their selection is too great not to!
If you are looking for friendly , knowledgeable service and quality product ……… Go to Linden Ridge Eyecare. Kathy Bolin and her professional staff are courteous and helpful. I lost my glasses on Monday , called Kathy late Tuesday , went to see her on Wednesday and got my new glasses on Friday. Can’t beat that .
I have three little girls all in need of glasses, and the staff took the time to help them perfectly, and they all look amazing in their glasses. great service, great product, and great follow through. we will be back.
