Lawn 'N' Order Custom Landscapes is a locally owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity in all aspects of their business. They offer a variety of services and have received positive reviews from their clients.
One client hired Lawn 'N' Order in 2022 to do a complete landscape, including hardscape, on their property in La Salle. The extensive work included both front and back yards, with many trees, shrubs, rocks, patio stones, and grass. They also arranged the inground sprinkler system. The client found the communication with Jeff and Brian to be very good, and they genuinely cared about their customers and crew. The design, created by Calvin, was stunning, and the crew was very pleasant and worked hard to keep the project moving. The quality of work was good, and the client felt the price was reasonable within their budget.
However, the client did have some concerns. The quality of the products, such as the sod and some of the trees and shrubs, was not as good as expected, and several of them did not survive the first year, requiring replacement. Additionally, the crews changed a couple of times, which created duplicate work on the hardscape and added to the delay of the project.
Despite these concerns, the client was overall happy with the design and end result and would recommend Lawn 'N' Order for their project. Another client has been using the company for years and cannot imagine not using them, while a third client has had a positive experience with the company's attention to detail, competitive pricing, and timely completion of work.
Reviews
Work was excellent. Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My only grief is the lack of communication before the work is done. I would have liked to be informed roughly when the work was getting done. I realize it is difficult to give exact time but when weather delays projects, a quick text explaining this would be appreciated so we can expect delays
LNO installed my patio and dog run pea gravel. I could not be happier with the end result, I will be spending countless hours enjoying it. They were knowledgeable and professional from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for landscaping type services in Winnipeg. I was very please when they were able to fit my smaller project into their schedule earlier than expected! They also left my yard all nice and tidy so I could enjoy it right away! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
