After my 1st visit I was so impressed by the service, quality of work, and friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I’ve been going to Lashes by Penelope for over 1.5 years now and would never consider going anywhere else! I’ve had so many compliments (even at other places when I’ve gone in to get mani/pedis or my eyebrows done) & I always feel so good after each appointment. Euan is truly amazing! Talented and a beautiful person inside & out! Highly recommend.

Euan is truly amazing. As an Asian, I have very short eyelashes but she always does her magic and makes my eyelashes look beautiful and not over-the-top! I’ve been to so many lash places in Winnipeg and none of them compare. She is also very approachable and so funny, and I have a great time whenever I visit her to get my lash extensions!

If you’re getting your lashes done this is the place to go!! I could not recommend them more. I’ve had my lashes done several times over the years and they’ve never lasted as long or looked as good as they have after coming here. They are so friendly, fast, professional, talented, and their prices are so reasonable.
