Staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. They answered all my questions. Prices included all taxes when I was quoted. There were no surprise charges. Third time dealing with them and it was the best experience I've had dealing with a vehicle repair company. They now have a new customer for life. Thanks Lanpro!
The reason I put 4 stars is because it's been weeks since I bought a vehicle from them and I want to observe for couple of months to provide 5 stars. However, so far they are going beyond their service to satisfy my needs. Also I received a mug with my picture in it including chocolate and coffee! How sweet! Thanks Lanpro.
Review after 2years - Seems like when they give free oil change, they tried to upsell on area that doesnt need much fixing. Highly advice people to look for quotes on other autobody shop before letting Lanpro do their service.

I’ve now been to Lanpro several times and have always had an exceptional experience. They have proven themselves to be extremely reliable and timely. I have never felt like I have overpaid and they always make sure I am good with the quote before any work is done. They do their best to fit me into a reasonable timeframe that works for me. Communication skills are awesome and I always know what’s going on with my vehicle and when I should expect things to be done.
This is the only garage I’ll take my car to because they’re honest and hard-working.
