I purchased a vehicle from through a private sale for my daughter. The seller had purchased this car from L and C in March. We both paid cash. When I went to register the vehicle and let my bank know of a new asset I found out there is still a lien on the car from when this dealership purchased it. I called the dealership to ask for a letter stating the lien was taken care of. The dealerships response was “whatever, bye” and they hung up. Shady people.
