Guys put my vehicle in upon arrival. Pulled the old command start "installed" by Midtown...who didnt even anchor it. They tucked it in and resolved old connections with electrical tape.The Krazy tech, put in the new one, anchored it, did proper connections, and BOOM, works like a dream with the new AFFORDABLE Viper system.Excellent work!!!

I phoned Krazy’s because I noticed they sold Viper car starters and mine was not working. Though it worked last winter, after a summer/autumn of non use, suddenly stopped. I googled/you tubed etc., but nada. The owner was very nice and invited me to come down so he could take a look. When I got there, they invited me to take a seat while they identified what the issue was. Basically, I think it needed a “reboot” because 10 minutes later it was fixed. Went there today. My remote start not working hoping they can reprogram, although I didn’t bought my remote start to them. This guy I forgot his name he still check my remote start and re program and it works! He only charge me with new battery and service is free. Very good service really appreciate it and I will recommend this shop. Thank you
