Koil Hair Studio is where to go. They are professional, friendly, and genuinely talented. I've had my haircut here since my first visit in 2019. Zero intentions to go anywhere else. Well priced, clean space, good vibes and always a a great cut. Highly recommend

Koil Hair Studio in Winnipeg isn’t just a salon—it’s a full-blown experience. Rob Armstrong and Sandra Major aren’t your average hairstylists; they’re creative geniuses with a wicked sense of humor and a gift for transforming hair into pure artistry. Their cutting skills are razor-sharp (hopefully not literally), and Sandra’s color work is nothing short of sorcery. The atmosphere? A perfect mix of edgy, welcoming, and just the right amount of irreverent.

I got my dreads retwisted for the second time today by Rob and I can 100% assure you he’s amazing at what he does. He gets the job done quickly with no flaws. He’s a fun person to talk to with a lot of cool stories. The atmosphere of the studio is also always relaxing and comfortable.
