Stayed at 455 Leila for 3 years and it has been great. Dealt with 2 different building managers in that 3 years span and I never had any problem. Building was always kept clean and tidy.

I want to express my gratitude to the entire Kay Four Family, for the outstanding services.Special mention and thanks to the Resident Manager Ludy and Ivan, for making our stay hassle-free and pleasant. Both of them are doing such an amazing job keeping the building neat & clean, always approachable and taking care of tenant's concerns. Would like to thank Trish, Lynn, Destiny and the maintenance crew.
