I recently cracked my rim and needed a replacement. I knew it was a brand of rim that Kal Tire supplies so I gave them a call. I was speaking to Zach who informed me that the rim brand was bought out by another brand and may no longer be available. He said he would do a search across all Kal Tire locations and give me a call back. He called back after about 15 minutes or so and said he located one in Edmonton and he could have it in stock in about 4 days and for a reasonable price. Zach made me feel like he was truly looking to help me out, not just make a sale. When I came to get the rim installed the service was prompt and courteous. Great experience as always. Had a rock /scraping noise coming from front wheel area. Called and they took me in within the hour. They looked and cleaned up area. Was just dirty. No more noise and no charge. I do all my tires here for our 3 vehicles. Highly recommended. Staff is friendly and will try to accommodate you.

Absolutely great experience here. Had a flat tire on a Sunday and was struggling to find a shop that was able to look at my tire. Almost everywhere was fully booked or simply didn’t answer the phone. Called here and they answered immediately and told me to come in right away. As soon as i arrived they took the wheel in and got to work. After a short time i was told the cause of my flat tire was ice built up between the rim and the bead of the tire. They told me there was nothing wrong with the tire and that minimal work was done there fore they did not charge me anything at all.
