Outstanding customer service. I found myself with a flat and this location had me in and out within the 30 mins and a suggestion for my winter tires purchase. This location is in a convenient location with nearby businesses to can walk around if you have a lengthy repair to wait for.
Excellent customer service! I had a flat tire repaired, but my wheel hub cover was misplaced or not clipped on properly and fell off afterward. I called the next day, and they ordered me a brand-new replacement right away with no hassle.
Ricky was fantastic very professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!
I always love Kal Tire. Taking dog to the vet and tire picked up some weird piece of metal. Once I got the car towed over, it was pretty quick and I was welcomed with my dog. Nice clean wait area with complimentary coffee/tea. Friendly staff. Always recommend Kal Tire, their lifetime warranty has saved me hundreds!
100% Kal Tire rocks.
