Dr. Chow is excellent. I was a longtime patient of Dr. Mundle’s, he had been my eye doctor since I was a kid, so I was truly sad to see him retire. That said, I’m very happy with Dr. Chow. She takes the time to explain everything as she goes through the exam, is very encouraging, and considers my lifestyle when recommending contact lenses and solutions that work best for me.
I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to my eyes and I’m curious about everything, she leaves no question unanswered. I’m almost sad I only get to see her once a year!

We were very impressed by the efficiency of the eye exam procedure and the overall cleanliness of the premises. Dr. Melo said there was no change in our prescriptions so we were mindful there was no attempt to sell us new glasses.
They worked like a well oiled machine. I checked in, sat for 5 minutes, I was taken to a room for a test for my eyes. The test was explained, done and I was moved to two different machines for more tests. Once those were done I was taken to the exam room, examined by Dr. Melo, my glasses cleaned and was on my way.
