I had a great experience at Hakim Optical. My glasses were broken and they fixed them quickly and professionally. Sandra was amazing, she was so kind, patient, and really helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything stress-free and easy. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location!

Very friendly staff. They don't push you to buy. TONS of glasses to try on!! You can put glasses on hold for more then a week. Glasses came in about a week. They adjusted them for me when I went to pick up. Impressed, & will come back in the future for sure.

I have been a customer Hakim optical for over 12 years. This year going to the same store. I had a wonderful young lady named Teagan. She searched all over Canada for a set of frames that I just loved and found them for me. The blonde lady that fit my glasses at the McPhillips store was also great. I can’t understand why anyone would want to go to another optical place when the cost and the service Hakim is unbelievable. I have referred that Mcphillips store to many of my friends.
