I have to say i was very impressed with how my complaint was handled . I was treated fairly and very promptly. I dealt with Amra who was absolutely great. She represented Grace Hill Salon with class and professionalism . I am happy to say i would recommend Grace Hill Salon to any one. Amra was really great to deal with and i look forward to seeing her in the new year.
I've always had a great experience at this salon! Started seeing Ashley after a bad dye job from a previous hair dresser/salon and she completely saved my hair. She makes you feel like you're just hanging out with a friend, but is a true professional and has always delivered amazing results. Highly recommend both the salon AND Ashley!
