I heard good things, and was able to make a booking for a Sunday evening. Got a call that afternoon, saying that the person didn’t know how I was able to make an appointment for that time, and to please call them back.Called back, and left a voicemail, and several days later haven’t heard anything.Disappointing to be ghosted by a company.
Communication between tech and company is poor causing appointment issues. Oil was overfilled and tech never came back to resolve. Had to pay someone else to drain oil to proper level.Service: Oil change
I had my oil changed in April 2022 with GoOil. I just had my oil checked and changed by a reputable mechanic and come to find out that the technicians from GoOil CUT out the shield from under my car (also known as the engine splash shield) instead of unscrewing it. I now am having to pay $230 plus tax on top of the oil change that I paid for with GoOil to replace that part that they completely tore out. I absolutely do not recommend this service, as it’s causing me way more to go get this problem fixed than it was to not leave my house for an oil change the first time.
