5 star - work, communication, everything deserves a 5 star! Despite his staffing challenges, Tyler completed our entire outdoor space on his own! Once he got started he didn’t stop, 10+ hours a day!! He stayed committed to completing the project to the end. The hard work definitely shows in the final results. We received many quotes, but what ultimately set Tyler apart was how considerate and patient he was in answering all of our questions - never making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Working with Tyler was a pleasure, he answered every question with calmness and expertise…and I had a lot of them throughout the process lol. He listened to my concerns and his answers made me feel at ease. When there were miss communications between us or changes needed to the materials planned he was quick to make suggestions that ended up being for the better every time. He was also very flexible with changes and requests on short notice.
