They are on time get the job done. Small waiting room no tv or not even coffee machine so you can wait for your car and relax. Waiting is so horrible long of you wait at their shop. Get a tv guys make it more inviting.

Always a pleasure dealing with everyone at Frank Motors, car troubles are never a good thing, but the techs go above and beyond to explain in easy to understand ways why work needs to be done.

Took several of my vehicles to frank motors and had a good experience. They provided several options for the repairs and cost savings ideas. I would say it’s marginally higher in price but the service is worth it.Service: Steering & suspension repair
