My car was broken into, window smashed .. objects stolen. It was an exhausting and distressing experience but the staff (Vivienne) at Princess Auto were simply amazing. They went to extra lengths to help me fill out reporting, walked me through every step, cleaned up a ton of broken glass .. taped it up beautifully and phoned me in less than 24 hours to book a time to have the window replaced. I can't recommend them more highly; friendly, super efficient, so helpful and really kind. Amazing people who excel and they made me feel comfortable and as unstressed as you could be, given the circumstances. 10 stars for them!
