I just purchased my Tucson with the help of Alex. It was a great experience and Alex was very informative and kind. I appreciate the experience as it was less stressful. All around great experience
Conveniently located for us, very nice staff, clean showroom and nice amenities in the waiting area. They also had a good selection of the vehicle we were looking for. Fairly low pressure sales, Alex was great to deal with! Their phone system is a pain. If you don’t know the direct number or extension of the person you need to speak to, you go into an endless recorded loop and never get to a real person even when you press zero. Should always have a live person on the ‘press zero’ option! Seems there is only one financial person and he was not in the office which meant we couldn’t pick up our vehicle early even though it was ready. It would be more customer friendly to have the dealership adjust to the customer rather than the other way around. If the finance guy can’t be there, then have a backup person that can handle the transaction. Overall we were quite pleased with the purchase process.
