This is the worst delivery company ever. I was at work on the day of delivery. No one tried to contact me. No one has reported the address of the pick-up point. At the delivery point, they could not track the address of the parcel. When I called the company, I asked to leave the parcel at the nearest point to my house. After 4 days I managed to make a visit to the main office of the company and I was finally informed of the address of my package and this a week after I was supposed to receive it. The address turned out to be 17 km from my house. Although there is a drop-off point 1 km away. Made another attempt to call the company to change the address of the pick-up...read full review

I'm pretty sure this company falsely states that they "attempted" delivery 3 times just so they don't have to actually spend the time and resources actually attempting delivery. After 3 times, the responsibility falls on the customer.I haven't left the house in over a week, yet the company has stated they attempted delivery 3 times in the past 4 days... In addition, I called and even asked the customer service representative to leave a note for the driver of my package to just drop it off (it didn't require a signature). Instead, they just claimed they attempted delivery 3 times and later called me telling me I had to pick up the package from way out of town.

If it was possible to put 0, I would do it!!!!This is the world's worst delivery service !!!!!!!Two orders, and twice I go to pick it up myself, and their warehouses are out of town and far away, so I have to spend money on a taxi!!!!My second order is a SOFA!Just the worst service!
