For decades I refused to see a chiropractor. After suffering for a couple of years with rotator cuff injuries to both shoulders (and many, many visits to a physiotherapist with limited improvement) a friend recommended I go see Dr. Richard. Wow! I have regained almost full range of motion thanks to Dr. Richard’s knowledgeable care. He always has the time and ability to look after any issues I have and a quick chat. The entire staff are warm, welcoming, and wonderful. Appointments are always available and can suit almost all schedules. For those of you old enough to remember, this place is like “Cheers” - “where everybody knows your name”.

My Daughter and I have been going to Family First for years, and the service has been 5 star every single time. It honestly feels like home - feels safe. The entire team is knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly compassionate. Easiest five star review to give :)

Amazing care for our baby girl. All the staff were very thorough, kind and went above and beyond. We wouldn’t have known she needed a lip tie release without Richard’s guidance. She’s been so great ever since receiving treatments and having her tie release. Appreciative of the support you provided in referring us to an outstanding lactation consultant and dentist. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again team :)
