I originally started going here because I was struggling with lower back pain that was making it difficult to do many of my regular everyday activities. With their help, I’ve reached a point where I’m able to enjoy those activities again, which has made such a positive difference in my quality of life.
I continue to go for maintenance to help keep me feeling my best, and they’ve also helped me with other issues that have come up, including a frozen shoulder. I really appreciate that they take the time to explain what they’re doing and why, and they always tailor the treatment to my comfort level.

Dr. Richard and the entire team at Family First Chiropractic Centre have been absolutely amazing! Dr. Richard truly takes the time to listen to your concerns, understand what’s going on, and address the problem. He always follows up to make sure the issue has been resolved and checks in to see if there are any new concerns.
He has honestly been a lifesaver throughout my entire pregnancy! Everyone at the clinic is so kind, personable, and welcoming, which makes every visit such a positive experience.
