I have been going to this Fabutan for almost a year now. The staff is lovely, knowledgeable and make it a great experience. However, today I had a 9 am appointment and when I showed up the open sign was on and the store was closed. This is not the first time this has happened to me on a stat holiday. The last time they just cancelled my appointment when they decided to change their hours and did not call me so I showed up.
I feel like the owner needs to respect her customers and be more organizes. Decide in advance when you are going to be open and closed.

Blonde receptionist is very thorough and polite. She knows what she's doing and makes me feel very comfortable and welcome. The beds give me a good tan and I enjoy the selection of music channels to listen to during my tan.

It's got a good number of beds, even though they are fairly old. The staff is friendly and if you wait for a sale (like Boxing Day) you can get some excellent deals! I haven't tried the Red Light Therapy or Lash Studio.
