Went for the first time ( to any tanning salon ) The staff was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain anything I needed. Definitely come a bit before your appointment time ( esp for first timers ) was busier than I expected! I got to try the standing bed and I really enjoyed it. The packages are a bit to understand and wished for more variety in pricing. Will be back very soon!
Got attitude from staff for asking questions about my account. Got eye roll for suggesting they put a shelf in tan bed room for personal items. They oversell memberships and you can wait more than 7 days to get an 8 minute session.
Have been using this location for a few years, with no issues, but this time around have been using the stand up, and mentioned 2 weeks ago about 2 burnt out bulbs, and now have told them there are 4 burnt-out bulbs as of a few days ago
