I lost the power to my garage and the circuit breaker would not reset. The technician came out and one by one ruled the possible causes but discovered that the outside power outlet had shorted out the system. He replaced the outlet added a breaker to my system all the while being very polite and professional. I was very impressed with his work and his diagnosis of the problem.
