I've not had the honor in utilizing the business for myself, so this rating is for the shipping department. So I just wanted to make a positive complement to the gentleman in the receiving area today. He was very friendly, extremely helpful and was all around a great person to deal with.

Direct Focus has been TDS' marketing agency for well over five years. We use them for almost all of our external marketing needs. They are a full-service marketing agency with the largest team in Manitoba, which means if we have a time sensitive request, they have the resources to deliver. Recently we moved our outsourced digital marketing work to them as well. We would and have recommended them to others.
