This review is overdue and should have been written a few months back. In the summer while traveling on vacation I experienced a component failure in my truck. I contacted Derrick at Desco Automotive and upon my return to the city they were outstanding in taking care of my issue. It seems nowadays customer satisfaction sometimes seems to be lacking and a thing of the past. However I have to say the service and satisfaction provided by Derrick and Darrin at Desco was outstanding and I have no hesitation in recommending this business.
My go to shop in Winnipeg for mechanics, but especially for my Jeep! Had a dealership tell me my Jeep needed $1000s to fix it. Desco talked to me about what was good for now, and what actually needed replacing saving me a lot of money. Another time I took my Jeep due to an unknown sound, Desco looked through everything found the issue, and fixed it without trying to inflate the problem. Very honest shop and excellent service all around.
Since coming to Desco.. for my cars’ needs .. have been nothing but satisfied .. & felt really cared for!! Derrick & Darren & the Team of Desco Automotive has my business! Always make recommendations The Techs... Darren, Derrick & owners go over & beyond . If you aren’t happy .. they aren’t!! And to get in is relatively quick!! You guys care!!
