I had hired Ken Gorrill from dakkk construction last year to install a window. After almost a year he missed every appointment and kept disappearing. He took my $500deposit.He lied about submitting a permit to the city, when I finally contacted the city they had nothing from him.Eventually after many many delays and attempts at trying to get into contact said he would provide a refund but never did.When I asked for the refund he never responded.Eventually after many many attempts every day at trying to get into contact he picked up the phone and started swearing at me and making threats towards me and refusing to provide the refund.I later discovered other people have...read full review
Dakkk Construction is a fake business. The "owner" Ken Gorrill has been collecting deposits from various people and then not making it to any appointments and avoiding contact. After a year of missing appointments he said he would refund me, but then disappeared again. When I finally got a hold of him he started threatening me and refused to provide a refund. I've been scammed my $500 deposit and others have been scammed the same.
Ken was very quick to respond and was at my mom’s place within a couple of hours to clean the snow off of her roof, garage, etc. Great job done! Thanks
