We only purchaed our hardwood floors from Curtis Carpet. Not installation. So my review will be based on the experience with the sales reps. Overall, it was a positive experience from picking out finishes/supplier brand, to finalizing the payment. This week, we realized there was a blip and the wrong transition piece was ordered for us compared to what we originally asked for. The manager, Evelyn handled it well. She provided a solution that was quick, accomodating, and did not hassle us. Professionalism stands out more when responding to mixups, than when things go easy. Appreciated the customer service.

Curtis Carpets provided us great service. Even though our was a small job they gave us efficient & fast service. Brianna was helpful with our choice & the measuring & Installation people were very pleasant. We would use them again & recommend to others.
