Took my phone in for a damaged charging port. The person helping me took a look and recommended I just use a wireless charger instead of replacing the charging port. Did not try to up sell me and even told me where to find a charger for the best price ! Very happy with the customer service :)

Samsung phone screen was cracked very badly, couldn't even unlock phone.They fixed it perfectly in 2 hours, for way less than a place in the mall was asking. Staff member was very nice and helpful.

Great service! Great pricing and fast turn around time for the repair. Wow! A++I tried to fix my daughters iPhone before bringing it in. After a few seconds on the phone and an error code, Joe on Meadowood diagnosed the problem and gave me what amounts to the best solutions I had found in many hours of research. Extremely clear and helpful customer service over the phone. Finally, the phone needed to be opened to unplug the earpiece, so we left it to his very capable hands. I should have gone this route earlier. Merci!
