I've been getting my nails done for more years than I care to count, and admit that I am definitely a "picky" client! Over the years, I've been to salons that have that acrylic scent that hits you as soon as you enter, the ones that leave you feeling pressure to choose quickly or upgrade an appointment. I've felt as if I've been just another "sale" and I've left places feeling less than great. Yes, there have been places where I've found that "right" technician and stayed with them for as long as they remained available - until they left for weeks or months with no comparable service to take their place. With that being said, (and I don't want to sound like a commercial here) Camellia is the first place I've been to where I've felt truly welcomed, listened to, and that my need for attention to detail was definitely satisfied. I've had my nails done by a good number of technicians and they all give great service. If I want something specific, I just let them know in advance and they'll book my appointment according to it! I like that it doesn't feel like a nail salon, too. Lastly, I like that, even though they are a business, they truly want to make their clients happy. Things in life aren't always perfect, but I've found this group to be as close as it gets!!
