We brought our sick kitty into Bridgewater Animal Hospital yesterday, and boy was it a great experience. The staff was so kind to my partner and I, and handled my emotions with care and compassion. Throughout our half-day ordeal, they were communicative about the procedures and cost, let me have a few sweet visits with my sick kitty during the day, and were more than helpful if I had any questions or concerns about anything. I really cannot reccommend this veterinary hospital enough. They are definitely a well-oiled machine with so many support staff, vet tech's and Veterinarians (Dr. Catton was so great!), but they are so much more than a well-run business;... read full review
The staff were very kind and supportive in aiding my 3 large breeds today after their encounter with a porcupine this morning. They completed the quill removal within a couple of hours and I had happier dogs on the way home. Thank you to the vet and staff that helped us today. I truly appreciate an emergency service that is available for non regular clients. I appreciate you all. ?
The staff at Bridgwater are amazing! Reception and medical staff are always friendly, thorough with their examinations and really take the time to explain medical issues so that you fully understand what is going on with your pets. They always call to follow up with how your pet is doing a few days later too which shows how much they truly care!
