I have been loving working out at Brass Performance. I have tried numerous semi private programs and these boutique style workouts are extremely effective and the dedicated attention the Brass team takes to my personal goals, lifestyle, and preferences is extremely helpful. Strongly recommend giving them try.
Have been at Brass Performance for almost a year now and working with Joel. The experience has been awesome He really knows his stuff and if something is not working he will find a way. Both my daughter and I have been really happy with the service. Highly recommend Brass performance for the one on one personal training and the private gym experience.
I absolutely love Brass., training 1 on 1 with my trainer in a comfortable setting is absolutely 1 class.
He and I get along great, he make it fun, give great advice and tips.
