I had an excellent experience with Boyd Autobody! Hanna, Steve, and Randy, the manager, were absolutely great to deal with. They were professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of.
What really impressed me was how dedicated the team was to getting the job done. They stayed up late and worked through the night to have my car finished in just one day. I honestly couldn’t believe how quickly they got everything done.
I really appreciate the hard work and commitment they put into getting me back on the road. Great customer service, great people, and excellent work. I highly recommend Boyd Autobody!
Steve is the man! family came into town for a few days and night one had the car back window broken overnight. Called around to a ton of places to try and get it situated and none were very helpful. called Boyd and Steve didn’t hesitate to help us out right away! looked into options to get a replacement window for the car and although the time frame to get it in is cutting it close to when family has to make the driver back home out of province; they took the time to help clean up the glass and cover up the window to make it safe until we can get the replacement window. 10/10 service, 10/10 recommend the team at this location!
Just really impressed with Kevin and Randy, and all the staff I chatted with. Keeping me informed, returning calls promptly. Didn't meet the body mechanics but the hatchback door looks great. Thanks for your help everyone! Highly recommend!
