I had an awesome experience with Boyd, I was there to perform some repairs and I mentioned through the paperwork that I would like to have the broken parts back, but the shop forgot to keep them in the car for me. I contacted McKenzie Wainwright and she went above and beyond expectations by dropping the parts to my place after the work hours. that was really unexpected and exceptional, I will always use Boyd.

Friendly staff and helpful.However, triple check any information they give you, because it may not be correct. Get the name of who you're talking to so you can be accurate when you talk to someone else.

Really appreciated the customer service I received today. I was about to do my road test and someone in the parking lot noticed my brake light was out and let us know if we were doing a road test that we wouldn’t be able to do it. Drove across the street and asked them if they could replace a bulb before a road test and they did it in 10 minutes free of charge.
