I’ve had my Toyota Tacoma with Boyd King Edward for nearly two years, and what began as a frustrating experience has become a story of remarkable recovery and professionalism.
My repair journey started during the MPI strike which made every repair become months delayed, through no fault of Boyd. Early on, communication and follow-through were poor. For a long time, I genuinely planned to leave a one-star review. But over the past year, the leadership and staff have completely changed, and so has the experience.

Today I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the King Edward Boyd location. I dealt with Colin Hodgson primarily and Karen Curtis a little. However Colin was simply incredible from the start of the process to the end. He explained everything to me in detail and made sure I knew that they would take care of me. You could tell he had genuine empathy for my situation and I really appreciated that.
I would 100% highly recommend using this company for any autobody or glass needs.

I had an awesome experience with Boyd, I was there to perform some repairs and I mentioned through the paperwork that I would like to have the broken parts back, but the shop forgot to keep them in the car for me. I contacted McKenzie Wainwright and she went above and beyond expectations by dropping the parts to my place after the work hours. that was really unexpected and exceptional, I will always use Boyd.
