In response to your complaint, I would like to state that the staff at this car wash have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have been using this car wash for almost 10 years, and I have never experienced any problems with the staff.
It is also common sense that when there is a lineup outside the car wash, customers have two options if they wish to dry their car: either leave the bay or continue drying while the meter is running. Holding up the line is unfair to other customers who are waiting.

Sometimes you get soap, sometimes you don't in the manual bays.
Frequently there's something wrong with the touchless car wash, like one side the pressure sprayers not working, or soap not spraying etc.
