Needed a wheel alignment on my BMW 3 series, spoke to Bill in the service department, very friendly personable guy. World Class in my books, going over and above to get it done, to get my car back to me the same day, when they were extremely busy. Impressive way to go! Thanks Bill and his team of technicians.
I was able to go in there and come out with my issue taken care of, if they don't have the answer they'll reach out to someone else who will.I highly recommend Birchwood BMW for anything from purchasing a new vehicle or to bringing your vehicle in for servicing.
My recent purchase experience at Birchwood BMW was exemplary. Steve Weber, our sales specialist, was professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions completely and even went above and beyond with detailed explanations. Overall the entire team at Birchwood BMW is accountable and the icing on what is already a beautiful car that they sell.
