Needed a wheel alignment on my BMW 3 series, spoke to Bill in the service department, very friendly personable guy. World Class in my books, going over and above to get it done, to get my car back to me the same day, when they were extremely busy. Impressive way to go! Thanks Bill and his team of technicians.
