I need to write this review because I went into Best Buy want to buy a Microsoft Surface. I had missed the sale due to a family issue. I spoke to Will and he spoke to the manager and gave me the sale price. Also Will went into some detail of the Surface and pointed out options for me. It doesn't sound like a lot, but having someone who went a little extra goes a long way for a customer. Thank you Will for the great service.
It's an okay store. It is like the typical one in the city. Weirdly, however, the cashier is at the back. I was looking for it as I was going to the front of the store with an item thinking that the checkout is closer to the door. A staff followed me, perhaps thinking that I was going out with an unpaid merchandise. I noticed him asked him where the checkout is. He pointed me to the back of the store. He was nice about it. Unusual layout. Something to remember when I go here next time.
I went into Best Buy on Pembina late one day in May to purchase a Samsung S26 Ultra and received superb customer service from Fatima! She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything to me. I had some further questions so came back a few days later and Ashna together with Diya were there to provide sound advice that I needed to resolve my issue. I had some concerns with photos and videos and dropped in again and this time amazing Khadija was there to fix everything for me in a short time!
