Hired to repair this old house… the dig up crew were impressive and so is/ was the main wall straightening and angle iron installer. BUT , they still only used 1.5 feet 18” of bluskin waterproofing membrane on the lowest part of the wall, not like I. Their advertising,in which all the outer wall is covered in this stuff… no, it was cut into small sections left in my yard to soften and placed on in one quick job..the four large cracks on the inside that were supposed to be fixed weren’t either. Some of the inside work looks good, but still is wet as I type this…. Please avoid This group if you care about your home/ property.

I have over a decade of experience as a Construction Manager on residential and commercial renovations. I have dealt with thousands of companies during my time in that position and Belvidere gave me the worst experience I've ever had. I researched them heavily and they looked great. I hired them under the expectation they had in house crew to complete the work. They sent an unqualified subcontracted company that made mistake after mistake. - Dug up wrong wall - Damaged my yard as well as my neighbours driveway (that they didn't ask to use) - Several crew members spent two full weeks urinating all over my yard as the port a potty outlined in contract never was brought...read full review
