Girlfriend got her hair cut here for the 1st time, cut was good but they pressured her into highlights, she said no and the stylist kept pushing for it so she caved (my girls fault but still)
That wouldve been fine if it wasnt near close and she didnt rush it (the highlights did not turn out good), so that was a $150 upcharged for something we now have to pay to fix
All in all, she was super nice and did do a good haircut, but if youre gonna upsell an extra $150, dont rush it regardless of when you offered to do it
The service was good and staff was friendly but I had to wait 30min for the hair stylist. That was something not right even after having an appointment. They did not even felt sorry and apologised for the wait.
Peter’s cut my hair for years. Always does a great job and is very personable. My mother gets her hair cut by Berta and is also always happy with the results. Very friendly staff at Auras Polo Park.
