My 10 year old dryer stopped working the previous evening, I called the next morning and they sent a service technician to my place by the afternoon. The technician found the problem, fixed the issue quickly, clearly explained the repair and what caused the issue. They also accepted credit card payment in person. Overall, Very good service experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone else and I will call them again in the future for any other appliance repairs. Very happy with the work performed, thank you!

I want to thank Nijat and his technician for such excellent service. We had requested a service call from a competitor and the tech spent 5 minutes looking at our Bosch gas range and told us it was an ignitor issue. I knew this wasnt true as the gas element was igniting but went out within 30 seconds. He charged us $150 for a service call and when we asked him to order the parts and to make an appointment to fix it, he told us the parts were not available. Nijat was a completely different story. Great communication, was fast but not rushed ??. Also very happy with the fact that the initial $89 fee is removed if further maintence is required. Cheapest fixers you can find, that can still do the job right! Very pleased, thank you!!
