Note: All the veterinarians and staff display professionalism at all times, except for this staff member. I wanted to share with you about the experience I had during a phone call to the office at precisely 3:58 PM today. I called to request a refill of Prednisolone for my cat, but unfortunately, I was met with a lack of professionalism that was quite disheartening. The representative I spoke with was not only condescending but also dismissive and unkind. I felt as if my concerns were ridiculed and my situation was treated with a startling lack of empathy. Our dog first went to Dr Warb when we were out of town and a family member brought him in due to an emergency. Since moving back to Winnipeg we take both of our dogs there. We regularly take our dogs to see Dr Worb, but have seen Dr Green and Dr Paquin. All of the vets are knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. All of them answer all of our questions and create a solid step by step action plan anytime one of our pets has health issues that need to be worked on. The techs and front desk are also incredibly kind and helpful.

I take care of my pets here, and I can say from my own experience that I am super happy and content with the attention that my dogs and my kitten receive.
Tekila, my kitten, had her mouth surgery yesterday, and the attention at all times was friendly and with great empathy. I am super grateful to the team and to Dr. Green since she did everything possible for my Tekila to have an appointment as soon as possible and not until December, I really appreciate and value it widely.
Tekila came out of her surgery super well, I am so grateful and happy. Of course I will continue to take care of my pets here.
