Aloha Southdale Nails & Spa provides excellent services to its customers. The staff is very nice, understanding, and attentive to clients' needs. They offer a relaxing experience, especially during pedicures, and are considerate of sensitive areas. The nail technicians are skilled and listen to customers' requests, delivering beautiful results. They pay attention to detail, but occasionally may miss small aspects, such as excess product under the nails. The salon is a great place to get manicures and pedicures, with services including dip powder and acrylic nails. Although some customers find the prices a bit high, the overall experience is pleasant, and customers are likely to return.
First time getting a pedicure, and they are very nice. The process was very pleasant and relaxing.They are very understanding, like if you are ticklish or sensitive somewhere, you can just let them know.
Aloha has pretty good nail techs. I am just a little disappointed in the way they run business when it comes to payment processing. There always seems to be a discrepancy from what you expect your going to pay versus what you actually pay when you leave. It seems to be a problem between the techs and management. That makes us as the client standing there feeling a little overwhelmed as they try to sort the payment out. It would sure be nice to know exactly what you’re paying for and how much when you walk in to your appointment. There’s ways of doing this. I wish they would figure it out so the clients would feel more comfortable. I may have to find a new place soon....read full review
I had a manicure done today for my engagement photo shoot tonight! Ken did a wonderful job making my nails look so beautiful and listened to exactly what I wanted!I will be completely honest and say there was one small detail that could have been better for this experience. Some of the underneaths of the nails had excess hardened product that I need to fix at home. My thumb has a lot of this product, but it would not stop me from returning! I only mention this for just a reminder to double check the underside of nails :)Thank you so much!Services: Dip powder
