In looking for an exterminator to inspect a property my boyfriend and I are looking to rent, we called several pest services in hopes of getting someone qualified as soon as possible. We had been left hanging by the other exterminators we called (based off their great reviews) who dropped all communication when they heard we likely only needed an inspection for mice.
