    I injured my back after years of poor lifting technique at work. Carly Appler did an amazing job helping me rehabilitate and strengthen my back muscles. I would highly recommend her. Very good at her job.

    I saw Yvonne to deal with an old shoulder injury that had deteriorated and quickly become debilitating. It was keeping me from sleeping and even doing repairs around the house. After four months of treatments and exercises, the shoulder is better than I ever thought possible. Yvonne's diagnostic skills, range of treatments, evolving exercise schedule and attention to detail did the job. I already have a high regard for physiotherapists, but Yvonne is the best I have worked with. Every session was at least an hour, and she made sure I knew what to work on afterwards.     As a young athlete, it can be hard to find a therapist who I can connect with and who helps me recover to my fullest. Carly, the athletic therapist at Action Physio, was such a kind person and helped me with all, (and there's a lot) of my injuries. Super thankful to live near by a place with such a great team. :)
